Text description provided by the architects. The housing should occupy a portion of land resulting from segregation of a plot already built. The existing house –belonging to the parents-, and the new one –belonging to their sons-, must maintain a reasonable level of privacy, despite sharing the joint use of the courtyard, and without establishing a physical boundary between the two parcels.
